Publisher's summary
The seductive and stunning #1 New York Times bestselling sequel to Sarah J. Maas’s spellbinding A Court of Thorns and Roses. Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects, and cinematic music!
Feyre has undergone more trials than one human woman can carry in her heart. Though she’s now been granted the powers and lifespan of the High Fae, she is haunted by her time Under the Mountain and the terrible deeds she performed to save the lives of Tamlin and his people.
As her marriage to Tamlin approaches, Feyre’s hollowness and nightmares consume her. She finds herself split into two different people: one who upholds her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court, and one who lives out her life in the Spring Court with Tamlin. While Feyre navigates a dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms. She might just be the key to stopping it, but only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future—and the future of a world in turmoil.
Bestselling author Sarah J. Maas’s masterful storytelling brings this second audiobook in her dazzling, sexy, action-packed series to new heights.

Story
Iris Nightingale is more than okay. She has her life planned out to a perfect schedule. Work, run, sleep, repeat. She spends her quiet Friday nights sitting alone on a bench in the park, trying to push back the memories that no amount of running can help her escape. But one evening, there’s someone else on her bench - Hunter. Tall, wry and infuriating: everything about him gets under Iris’s skin. Little does she know that he's about to upset more than just her routines...

Amazing
This story was good when I listened to it on the original audiobook narrated by 1 narrator. This version transforms this story into something you just can't even appreciate enough, It is INCREDIBLE how perfectly they have made the characters, the sound effects, the pacing, it is literal perfection!

Fantastic
This was such a rewarding read filled with twist and turns and seeds planted from the first book revealed making it that much more enjoyable of a read. This series is such a good read and with the graphic audio flare feels like you’re listening to a movie, so wonderful!

Soul Gripping
I love this book. SJM is fantastic at writing the slow burn romance. However, I have an issue with the music in the back ground. It’s very 93’ Barbie. Other than that, love it!

Background sound effects are so loud you can't hear narrators
Graphic Audio, you can't blare the background sound effects and expect that we can still hear to narration! It's grating. Also, don't you know people listen to audiobooks while driving, doing chores, on noisy commutes... we are not in silent theaters with expensive surround sound speakers. And even if we were, the sound effects were still too loud.
