Good Overall

I would have given it 5 stars, but the narrator reading the Nick chapters was difficult to listen to. He had a sing-songy, arrogant type of delivery that was at adds with the character and made it challenging to get into that story line.

The One

Loved all the narration and story lines of all the characters. Lots of twists and turns to keep me interested and I likes the resolution of all the characters stories.

Looking forward to the TV show

An interesting premise that’s pulls at your heart’s desire: finding and falling for the one. But this isn’t a happily-ever-after story—it’s one filled with twists (some predictable) that you want to hear unravel to their very end. With relatable characters, a compelling plot, and great narration that leaves you wondering if you’d take such a test and how you’d react in each situation, I couldn’t stop listening and didn’t want this book to end.

Great story - kept surprising me

Really cool premise - characters are all well developed and interesting. I was looking for something different and this was suspenseful and fun. I usually have the twists figured out but this one kept surprising me all along the way.

The Netflix series is not a spoiler - it uses the premise but not the actual storylines. Highly recommend the book!

While this one had a bit of a slow start for me, it’s originality and thought-provoking plot was worth my patience and my credit

Overall a good listen

Some of the characters’ stories were far more riveting than others. The narration was good and I appreciated that they used a separate narrator for each main character. Aside from the sci-fi premise, there were a few unbelievable things in each story that kinda made you roll your eyes but it was a good listen and made me want to keep my AirPods in for more.

Very interesting- feels like one big episode of black mirror with all of the plotlines

I could not stop listening! This book is full of twists and turns. I bought this on a whim and I am SO glad I did! You won't regret this read!

Hang In, Slow Start Keeping Up With Multiple Story Lines

The multiple story lines at first were a little confusing and tough to keep up with. However, once you get past that, the story is very good. Multiple plots playing out at the same time. So glad I keep listening because it got very good and I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happened next!
