Helpful meditations
The meditations, stories, as well as the relaxing and soothing sounds were so helpful in promoting a good night's sleep. The narration is great and I wouldn't mind listening to this audiobook over and over again. If you are someone who has had trouble falling asleep, this is one audiobook I highly recommend!

Great all day for stressful times!
I listened to part of this book as I followed an ambulance with my husband in it to the hospital . It really helped to calm me down. The book even has a chapter for commuters riding a bus or train.
We read to our children to help them sleep and now we have this book that will read to us and help us relax and get to sleep. The bedtime stories are very enjoyable. You get to walk thru the woods to the waterfall or walk along the beach,
I love the positive affirmations the book has. If you have repetitive thoughts as I do about the past; it really helps you to stay in the moment, don’t waste time on the past and be positive about the future. Believe in yourself! This book does.

Very helpful
I’m always looking for new things to recommend to the Soldiers I teach about how to turn their brains off and get better sleep. This does the trick. The scripts are restful and well narrated. They really help you learn to turn your brain off and step into a relaxed peaceful state.
